Janell Marton knows how to take care of people, which shouldn’t be too surprising given that she was a school teacher for 20 years. Her ability to understand people’s needs and communicate effectively with them in both the classroom and the boardroom has helped her transition seamlessly into the real estate industry. If you’re buying, Janell works tirelessly to find your ideal home and negotiate the best price for you. If you’re selling, her keen eye for detail will help stage your home to attract the ideal buyer.
A native of Vacaville, California, Janell has lived in the Sacramento area since the late 1980s and loves to discover new areas of interest throughout the city. With a long-time passion for real estate, she also has personal experience in buying and selling her own homes and selling her family’s properties. Professionally speaking, searching for exclusive homes for her clients is just one of Janell’s favorite parts of the job.
Janell holds both a teaching credential and a B.A. in Liberal Studies, and she has served on PTA, co-op preschool, and cycling team boards. Even when Janell isn’t working, she remains on the go, quite literally: In addition to being the mother to three active teenagers, she’s an avid mountain biker and a certified head coach of a local high school mountain bike racing team. She also assists with coaching more than 100 student riders from Cycling Development, a program that helps fulfill young people’s passion for mountain biking.
